I am Diane Bricknell Graphic Design.
I have been an artist and designer since studying in Sydney, under James Barker, Karen Oom and Elisabeth Cummings in the early 80s. I then ventured into the graphics field in 1983 with a traineeship in Sydney and in 1994 moved to Launceston and worked as a freelancer for Finlays–a public relations firm, in Elphin Road. Moving around for the next few years, I picked up contacts in NSW, NT, VIC, SA and TAS. I then moved to Sandy Bay, Tasmania and eventually settled on Nine Mile Beach on Tasmania’s east coast in 2006.
A love of typography and design spurs me on ... watching the seasons change from my home-office refreshes me, getting the creative juices flowing.
Books, newsletters, logo design, signage + Squarespace web design are my specialty.
The items displayed above are only a fraction of the archived artwork I have on file.
